An individual or organization with a signed agreement for recurring, ongoing use of our facility (such as weekly or monthly scheduled meetings).
Studio Rooms
Regular Rate – $10.25/hour
Prime Time Rate – $20.50/hour (Monday – Friday 3:30-8:00 pm)
Gym
Regular Rate – $19.00/hour
Prime Time Rate – $32.00/hour (Monday – Friday 3:30 – 8:00 pm; Friday & Saturday 5:00 – 11:00 pm)
Use non-tenant
An individual or organization renting space on a one-time or occasional basis without a recurring facility agreement.
Studio Rooms – $28.00/hour*
*Requires $50 deposit
Gym – $75.00/hour (Full Day – $450) *
*Requires $250 deposit and 3-hour minimum rental. Maximum of $450/day
