Shorinji Kempo is a traditional Japanese martial art that aims to develop the mind as well as the body. It is ideal for men, women, boys and girls. The class consists training on self defense techniques including punching, kicking, throws, pins, but also expands its study into meditation and philosophy. Visitors are welcome to come and watch or join a free introductory class. All classes are taught by Todd Windley, 5th Degree black belt.
Monday and Thursday 6:30-8:00
